Rollout Programme to Replace HSBC ATMs
The Principle team has commenced a programme of replacing ATM units at HSBC branches throughout the UK.
The branch at Dronfield was the test site for a new hatch design within the public space of the bank, which has proved successful.
Principle were required to produce a programme of works and co-ordinate all contractors on site. Work included:
- Disconnect power and data
- Remove ATM
- Create pit
- Install hatch device
- Replace glazing
- Re-install ATM.
The Dronfield project, including removal and re-installation was carried out in five days, with all work undertaken out of hours to minimise disruption for staff and the public.
